I feel Arylie have become suspicious that someone is out to separate them (life attempts on Imlie too), So I think this is a plan by them to catch that person red-handed as Arylie having a baby is the last in the coffin for whoever is trying to separate them and the villian is going to go ballistic and make all attempts to harm Imlie and the baby.

I feel this is Imlie's idea and she's convinced Aryan to support her
