Abhi asked Akshara to sing for a patient without understanding her trauma. Ak did the same to Abhi ( and Manj ) today. The both must invest time in sharing and talking.

She understood that without him having to say anything, because at the end of the day, Abhira know each other and what's in their hearts. But, if they don't communicate with love -- and not anger -- then that can ruin any relationship and what that relationship entails -- trust, friendship, love, etc. Today, neither one of them did that due to their own pain & emotions, but with time, they will build that communication! Well she basically meant since abhi gruffly tells her of you have to go you can go n doesn’t share his true feelings that he doesn’t want her to leave and says tgat with love, then the consequences can be devastating on the relationship, trust broken n no love/friendship remaining .
