Who gave him the right to do the property transfer? In his own words he was just a care taker of the whole empire and everything. So how can he transfer their parent's house in her name completely (which i am assuming that he did completely)

What about his sister and GK kaka? Uska kya hai wo to chai ki tapri pe reh lega? Didn't he want to build his very own empire?

Uska character development toh paatal lok se bhi neeche lagra. Whereas now FOREST king will shoulder all the responsibility
