Had a privilege to meet Alka Yagnik, brothers Kalyanji-Anandji, Suresh Wadekar, Manhar Udas, Johny Walker, Sapna Mukherjee, Sadhana Sargam when they came to do a concert in England quite a few years ago.
They visited Kalyanji-Anandji's very close friend who owns a saree and music shop and then they were going to friend's house to eat. I met them in the shop. Alka is niece of my close friend so she took me with her to meet Alka.
Kalyanji-Anandji and their wives. So down to earth. In fact all of them very friendly. I talked to all of them and then outside the shop, my friend, her husband and myself spent about an hour speaking to Alka.
Unfortunately could not meet Big B, Jaya Bachchan, Parvin Babi as they were in another car which went directly from London to Birmingham.
All the above in a coach stopped halfway to meet K-A's friend
