Yes kinjal apne sabse chote brother in law ya sabse choti sister in law bahut ache se khayal rakh sakti है

Kinjal will leave her job temperory to look after youngest sister in law or youngest brother in law

Kinjal to ko problem nahi hogi but hum sub ko problem ho jaayegi

So do we really want to kinjal to look after baby because agar aisa, hua to anupama se shah house mein aana jaana shsru ho jaayega woh bhi daily ka daily

Anupama ka aana Jana toh waise bhi laga rahega because writer loves shah family and kinjal has no role in this show so it would be better to show her as babysitter for her mother in law’s child so in that way kinjal will get some screen space too.

We all need to take our heads out of the sand and see what the world has to offer, if nothing else learn from this show all the 500page bhashans she gives, atleast implement some.
