To be fair, family did ask her in that first scene whether something was wrong.. Suva Aai also asked whether BS said anything to her but Appu just kept quiet.. Na wo khud kuch bol rahi hai na wo cookie gang ko kuch karne de rahi hai.. She's just decided to wait patiently till Netra recovers and leaves.. 😔
