Since I spend most of my off hours on Twitter tag, I çan explain the names.

There is a thread written by Moonchild (won't disclose her real name) who writes these amazing threads of episodic analysis. She refused to use the name Aarohi in her thread describing Lehenga episode because she irritates the hell outta everyone (just like a kankar/small stone in our shoe). Some people in the FD adopted the name along with usual Jharu. Do give her threads a read if you are on Twitter (I am not allowed to pasting the link so...)

Also about the altercation with Blue Butt fans is because

1. NB fans where trying for a trend to celebrate him (for some reason beyond me but anyways).

2. Since he is so hated by him own FD as well some accounts from Ghum FD started posting tweets calling him a better actor than every leading shows ML. They went after HC, Gaurav Khanna, Fahmaan Khan everyone.

3. These tweets were meant to start FD wars and disturb the trend

4. FD official account asked everyone to report and block these nuisance accounts

Specially because since abhi is so angry, she is not going to let it go without him giving a reasonable explanation for his extreme reaction. If abhi is not ready to talk, she will ask Manjari or neil about it. But it will lead to her taking the first step towards getting to know Birla/abhi past.
