Ok watched the episode. Too late into my day to watch it patiently so skimmed a bit.

How much ever we wanted the story to show a bit of romance and light hearted ness, drama is needed to keep the audience hooked. There was confession, and other happier parts for 2 weeks so they are bound to bring the drama. This is better drama than the regular CN tropes.

So Malhar is dead due to Dr. Thu's negligence and he will be arrested in the end. How it is going to happen is the drama. Virat, as a husband might believe in Sai's integrity and dedication and I am sure he will work his back off to get her bail. That is also known. what is interesting is to see how Jagtap fits in here. News says Malhar is his cousin and he will seek revenge. But I think his obsession for Sai and enemity with Virat is more stronger reason that he will kidnap Sai. May be he will know about Sai through Malhar, and thats how they will get him into the picture. While Virat will deal with Jaggy outside CN, Sai has to put up with BK and gang when she is out on the bail. So they kind of connected malpractice track (career) with Sai's battle at home (bahu). She will come out with flying colors in both fronts. 👍🏼

I also liked how their names are so interlinked now! The way they showed his name plate before entering the ward and the way she was addressed with her full name by Dr. Thu. They are both in this mess together. He might be arresting her but he will be fighting for both of them. That much is understood! They have to face this test with outside villians as well as inside villians at CN. I hope this will be a good excuse that they both are out of that hell hole. but we can only wish.

Coming to Samrakhi, before I comment on them, I hope Sammy will not change his colors now that wife is melting. I am expecting him to be a good moral support to both Virat and Sai. And raise his voice if BK undermines Sai's career choices again. Pakhi looks changed for real with that drinking his jhootha, hugging and all. But why so soon! Daal mein still kuch kaala hain . Now Sai missing in picture for few days and if Sammy goes to MB or if he sees her with Virat in his room, with her dinner service thali then it is locked that daal mein bahot kuch kaala hain. Lets see.

PS: Virat Sai Chavan has got extra swag from the pumped up harmones. Dude you were heroic without that extra beefed up swag. It looked OTT, thw walk though shades were cool 😎

I think in real life, Virat will not be allowed to take up the case as he is her husband. But this is ITV world, so he will work exclusively on this case 😃.

This is such a difficult situation to navigate right, if you think about it. Should Virat be a husband, trust her and work with a mindset where she is innocent. Or should he be a police officer who should suspect her so he can uncover the truth/lies. It is really hard to be in such situations. No wonder, the case will be assigned to third party. It is unfair on the victim as well as the police officer who handles the case of his close relation. It takes a toll on both.

Virat will bail out Sai tomorrow. Few days away from CN looks good. Eventually, Sairat will win over all this. I hope the journey to that phase will be exciting

yes i wrote this to another friend just now. I could not capture it well in my review. Actually he will make sure sai is out so that he can have her. He might help Virat indirectly in finding the witnesses.

Prelude to skirmishes to conflicting emotions

So love saga, FN hangover all in the past. Honeymoon is over. Back to reality.
Before highlighting the struggles of managing work and home with such a demanding line of work they have brought a case right on the first day of her job. V and Sai’s conversation when he dropped her at the hospital was an indication of this. Sai was not meant to return home the next day. And they were not to meet again in the same space as spouses.

Ignoring the usual glitches with handling professions in their entirety. So Dr. Thorat is not a Coconut. He doesn’t have an ex sitting in his closet making him a jilted lover. Nor is he true to his medical ethics. He took the bribe. And when the situation got worse, instead of trying to revive the patient he flew and then put the blame of an intern. Verdict - Thorat is dark

Virat turning up was probably a jolt to him. And this is why they were never brought face to face. If he knew he wouldn’t have taken the chance. But now since he is already into it, he is playing smart by exercising his position as the senior and then targeting their relationship to escape the questioning.

Sai was hopeful the moment she saw V, but she soon realises that she is getting arrested. V is obviously taken by surprise. He is fighting his own battle. Seeing his wife being accused of death due to medical negligence and breaking down and stopping the urge to pull her into his arms and protect her from any further onslaught. But he is there in the capacity of an investigating officer. He needs to do his job. There is nothing much he can do with the preliminary rounds of questioning, witness statement, and proofs against Sai. All he could do was give her reassurance through their eye contacts. The moment Sai saw her signatures against the 2nd dosage, her reaction changed to shock and V picked that. He knew before she spoke that she has been trapped. He has already gauged the situation and knows there is a ploy, but right in that moment there is not much he can do. He is hating his helplessness. He is definitely planning his moves to save his wife.

Precap - She is looking at him for some response or reaction, but he can’t meet her eye.

We are in for quite an emotional roller coaster if they execute this well.

Some pointers

1. CCTV cameras, who walked in and out, Thorat said he was in OT, so that statement will contradict the evidence. The bribe. I hope they don’t place it in Sai’s purse though

2. Post-mortem- If again there is no foul play should find traces of alcohol.

3. Malhar being Jagtap’s cousin/relative - So he finds Sai. But tracking her would never have been a problem for him. It’s the situation. How will he use this? Will he try to make it more difficult for V by laying more traps and compromising evidences? Or will he play the rescuer for Sai to play this one on one? To have an upper hand and Sai to feel indebted.

4. Sai’s ordeal - Facing trial inside and outside CN. She will be emotionally vulnerable and these vultures will not spare her.

5. Is it setting the stage for more MU - Ideally it shouldn’t. Because Sai being the daughter of a police officer and knowing how “righteous and dedicated” V is to his job, she will understand his dilemma. But.. SH didn’t go to jail. V knew she could be arrested so he did everything in his power, going beyond his duty ethics to protect her. She never went to jail. Similar situation. He knows Sai is innocent, but she will be taken to jail.

So will V bail out Sai the same day? Or will she have to spend a night there? And then he will stay back in the police station the night to be with her. My bet on the latter.

I had the same feeling about V dropping Sai and she saying we will meet... But yes... didn't want to read too much I guess.

Thorat was never introduced to V... even when he heard them the first time, V wasnt in uniform and Sai introduced him as VSC... and not ACP... so this was a deliberate setup for Thorat.

Although I had a feeling that he was a good guy... my assessment is completely wrong in that aspect.

Post mortem report will be the proof definitely but from what I know they take time to process... there's a short PM (which hints) and Detailed report which has all the info ... Doctors... correct me here if I am wrong.

Actually like you said, Thorat was taken aback seeing V as policeman, so he was putting a brave front... but actually he shouldn't have blamed Sai if he knew Malhar consumed alcohol... and neither call police... just blame it on the patient. But I think he went on backfoot because he gave extra dose and took bribe... so he thought of conveniently blaming Sai... didn't think this through.... V already knows Thorat troubles Sai... so ofcourse he doesnt trust him. Upar se Sai is not the person to give wrong dosage. To ye sawal hi uthatha ki Sai ne galat kiya... It would be bigger challenge for V to prove otherwise.

I have a feeling Jagtap will turn saviour for Sai but I dont want him near Sai or make her feel indebted... if at all a confrontation happens... I want V to be present with Sai... even if both of them are on backfoot.

Sai basically announced out loud in that ward that no one is to give any more pain meds. So its tough to believe that no one will be able to speak as witness in her favor
