i think arman will not be suspended. may be shashank will yell at him and may be he wil give him night duties or some punishment. but shurely he wil not be suspended.
and one more thing, we know thar ridz herself is running after arman. but in mondays episode we came to know that it is aclually who wants ridz to run after him and hence acting. what do u say??
