Actually Apnapan cannot get any other primetime slot because producer is Balaji and their shows are all over the channels 7:30 (Parineeti), 8:00 (BALH2), 8:30 (Bhagyalakshmi), 9:00, 9:30 (Bhagyas) and 10:30 (YHC) so only one slot was left for them which is 10:00 pm.
