Earlier story was focused on Akshu and Aarohi while kairav was only praying to god to mend their relationships and he was like I love them equally and I am stuck. But now I think slowly makers are trying to show Abhira centric story. And Kairav is what Shaurya and naksh was. And yep, most likely Neil is Harsh’s illegitimate child, so the whole -Abhi and Akshu are the legitimate heirs and you and I have been wronged will play out if my guess about the adoption is true.

Also, Aarohi is an intern. INTERN. Why would any senior surgeon be discussing anything with her? She is not indispensable. According to her rotation schedule she should be in a department like Medicine or ENT or something. Till when will she be stuck to Surgery, that too cardiac? Obviously logic is less here, but still. An intern is like the lowest on the food chain in a hospital. She is not going to be the future of your hospital or a team member of Abhi’s before she gets an MS seat, then after finishing that, does a super specialisation in Cardio-thoracic surgery or something. I’m not sure about how MD/MS works in India. Absolute crap they keep showing to make Aarohi relevant.

It would have been better to show her as a surgery resident - at least her constant interaction with the Birlas and Harsh’s fixation with her would make more sense.
