Bela ji if you meant kheer, we roast the Dhaana in ghee, then cook with water, adding milk once the dhaana are cooked and add sugar finally.
The dhaana are made out of arrowroot powder which is good for digestion and curing stomach ailments. As it can cure acidity its a very good food for vrath and upvaas.
