Hope she's not going off the deep end again...

The last time she spiraled out of control, venturing outside in a short dress, wearing no underwear, that's when she started to unravel, soon she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder or some illness and put under her Dad's supervision

I never saw the pics but heard she was totally ungroomed... That's what shocked people the most I think more than the no panties thing...
