Arey yaar, our wish for adoption is what brought Ishaan, let’s leave it for now. They can have adopt their next kid, one of my neighbour did it,first kid (boy) is biological and then adopted a girl baby.

Of course contract marriage and other stupidities that followed! Manhandling is a kind of abuse and you should not encourage it in the name of love!

Why do such shows work? Because women enjoy watching them. They do know it's fictional but they still lust over MCP male leads (not just the actor, the character too).
