Some natural remedies to stop hair fall are as follows:

1. Aloe vera: Aloe vera is a plant that has been used for centuries to heal wounds, burns and skin infections. It also helps promote hair growth by providing the necessary moisture and nutrients to the scalp and hair follicles.

2. Coconut oil: Coconut oil is rich in fatty acids, proteins, vitamins A, B6, C and E which are all essential for healthy hair growth.

3. Fenugreek seeds: Fenugreek seeds have a variety of health benefits including strengthening hair roots and preventing premature graying of hair.

4. Onion juice: Onion juice contains sulphur which helps maintain healthy levels of copper in the body which is essential for better circulation of blood to the scalp

You have to apply onion water/juice on hair and let them dry for 1-3 hours. Then wash it with shampoo.

There are onion oils available you can apply them for 2-4 hours. Or you can make onion oil at home as well. But as it's take time so onion juice is best option.

I started using onion juice may be once or twice a month and I swear by it. It drastically stopped my hair fall which had become so dry and damaged. I haven’t tried anything else but thanks for the advice.
