it's been 2 months since I've moved my body , Gupta ji needs to give me new inspo😆

I lost 4 kgs while working out during Gupta ji's strong influence time ,I was 61 when I started and reached 56.5 (but now I'm 63 but my height kinda hides my weight😆) I'm still continuing to eat 2 eggs daily and this has to be my best decision , my hairfall has reduced to great extent

I shall start working out from tuesday , now I'm like a sloppy sloth🤪and the junk I'm eating has actually messed up with my digestion🤔 I've been eating so much fastfood lately , so much that I'm tired of it now lol , like my tongue , tummy and body are craving only healthy foods😆
