I think shiva is doing renovation of ps and I guess those guys are officials maybe you are suppose to take some legal permissions before reconstructions etc

One thing I would like to say : Rishita congratulated Raavi before Shiva. I imagine in that whole house she felt closest to Raavi, apart from her mara Dev.

If only she came to patch up genuinely from her heart. This whole flip flopping of her character can't make me like her much. If only the writers knew how to handle a well layered grey character Rishita would have great impact.

I remember reading an old fanfiction on this site. Kiss ka Chakkar. It was beautifully written. The Raavi -Rishita bond by the author was what I would love to see in the show.
