Countries which hold on to their culture prosper in long term. Money wouldn't unite people at the end of the day but culture and nationalism will.

Israel day before yesterday stood together for 1 minute in silence for fallen soldiers and victims of terrorism. While if it was India.. people will debate on why do it.. terrorist who they were our brother etc.

ya talk positive on india n sanathana dharma , economics n india is not rosy rosy comes . Talk about how bullyweed n certain targeted n play victim card then even more love for india overwhelms, so much love for india . show sympathy to neighbours n terrorists who wants to bleed india , in the name of humanity lol .India , sanathana dharma haters , trolls keep worrying n loving Bharat n it’s culture .

Somebody here asked about differences in Aryan & Dravidian culture...

One of them could be their stance on overseas traveling, while it was banned in the religion, in the South it was encouraged, they traveled to Burma, Srilanka etc for trade, business etc.

Was Rigveda written before Mahabharata or Krishna Janm? If yes then how come it mentions war between indra and Krishna even before krishna was born?

It was COMPILED by Vyasa. Same era as Krishna

I'm talking about being written not compilation. Also isn't Rigveda concerned with a whole different era than Dwapar yug (era of Krishna)?

That could be an argument for Krishna being a different Krishna with cows, leading the dark hordes against Indra on the banks of Amshumati/Yamuna.

Would be heck of coincidence but still an argument.

Rig Veda wasn't written as such before Vyasa. There were concepts which came under Rig Veda which were compiled by Vyasa and his disciples. I would suggest that Paila, who was the disciple in charge of Rig Veda, added what he observed in his lifetime. Much like KMG added his analysis to what is supposed to be a translation of the Bombay edition of Mahabharata. Or like the BORI took out parts which they thought were interpolations.

BTW, small correction.

Book 8 of Rig Veda, not Book 9 as I previously said.

Point is getting completely lost.

My point was Aryans worshipped Indra, Varuna, Ashwins, etc.

Shiva predated Aryans.

Vishnu worship started on Indian soil.

So Hinduism is not an Aryan religion as such. It grew on Indian soil, among Aryans and Dravidians and their interbred progeny.

Well i suppose cow rearing must have been very common at that time... And out of those number of years (before lord krishna was born) atleast few if not many people may have had the name krishn who were living near Yamuna. Waise bhi krishn means black / dark as well as attractive. And dark complexion is not uncommon...
