They are both Indian actors with respective countries citizenships.

There's nothing wrong with calling Alia and Katrina British actresses if they are Brits. Katrina is a 'Bollywood actress' but certainly not an 'Indian actress'. Your nationality has nothing to do with where you work.

Alia is born in Mumbai though right? British kab ban gayi..

She is a Bollywood Indian actress holding British citizenship. That's it.

So that's what is written in WIki. British actress working in Bollywood. Even Katrina is a British actress. If an Indian citizen starts acting in Brit movies, then that person is an Indian actor working in British movies,

Alia is not a British Actress. For the last time saying she is a Bollywood actress holding British citizenship.
