Well the show is supposed to be a remake of Bengali hit serial Mithai!! Lol!! The ML of the show is named Ucche babu or Karela babu!! Rest you can guess how the show is!! Highest rating show of Zee Bangla lol!! 🤣😆

I think we should start watching Bengali shows now. Atleast we can rescue ourselves from the Hindi remakes 😆

Is there any show which is not a remake of the Bengali version? And are the original shows equally regressive?

Vaise do you guys know Zee TV was probably the first General Entertainment channel launched in India. I still remember watching the grand launch event as a little kid. I wasn't allowed to watch many programs back then so used to sneak when my parents watched. But now when I think of the stories they were brilliant. Such good content.

Wish ITV can go back to those golden days.

My first introduction to TV was through doordarshan as it was a free channel. We come From a generation where studies in childhood was given so much importance that parents used to cut off the cable during exam period 🤣

So after doordarshan the second channel that I watched was star plus kids shows like shaka laka boom boom , son pari , sharart and as you said the programs that we watched when our parents weren't there are phir koi hai and vikraal gabraal that too in repeat telecast 🤣

From zee tv I only remember zee horror story and tumhari disha

Baki when globalisation happened and TV and cable became widely available tab se toh sab kuch dekha hai thoda idhar udhar 😅😅
