I agree with you but here I want give benefit of doubt because government take prenatal sex determination very serious. PH need to justify their case strongly ...

It's definitely a case of publicity. Similar scenes are shown in movies, TV shows , documentaries and pointis it's happening across all communities and social strata. It's an important social issue.
