This was the best he could do. I can't blame actors for 'defending' their characters:

1. Most actors need to understand the character to play it, and hence some level of twisted sympathy is needed

2. Contracts and stuff prevent them from openly saying 'my character is terrible'.

This honestly was the best "I hate this character too, but I am not the scriptwriter" IV I have seen 🤪

I really want this show to end now, so that Manan can move on to a different production with a saner PH

Unfortunately, that's the truth. He will do what the maker's want him to.

Good or bad publicity is good for the actors.. he just does what makers make him do .. after all it’s itv 🤷🏻‍♀️
