She was a very simple character... you could understand everything about her. Until this recent positive change. . It would have made sense if she had actually suffered something, maybe a few years in prison or some rough years in Canada. ... which would have broken her illusions, and she had realised just how good everyone specially Tejo in her life had been. And she had worked to earn the trust and love.

This simply doesn't make any sense unless the twist is she is still negative and Angad partner

Look a proper fall and redemption is needed if you want proper Jasmine story. Fateh was able to get up because of his redemption arc... In chammo case you need that. Otherwise there'll be just random scenes thrown together
