I had once sprained my hand when a big medical text book fell on my shoulder from the topmost shelf in dept library …🤣

other than that and few accidents , the chances of “sprained” hand is minimal in humans… kya kidki Tod ne wali Kaam kar Rahi thi?

Are actually last 8-10 days i have been lifting a lot of heavy stuff continuously. So the hand which was used the most got twisted while doing so i think.

And also recently my granny fell on tha same hand and she is like 200 pounds😅😅🙈🙈

So hath ki watt lag gyi 🤣
