I think Krish was brought in by Shashi . His presence was after RK won the land. I think Ram is going to loose everything or will be trapped in some legal issue relating to mishandling of property/wealth. His image might be affected . Probably that is the reason for threat from MS...Varun's presence in his office will help the Shashi and gang.
