Heropanti series is a big hit on television with amazing TRPs. 🐅 is a huge action star. This seems to be a fake news planted by the PR of the movie it's clashing with, Runway 34. Ajay Devgn is a crass person as we all know. He tried such trashy tactics at the time of Shivaay vs Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.

All the reports about PK and empty theaters were anecdotal. No one presented solid proof that numbers were cooked or that it was corporate booking. Price hikes? Yes, that definitely factored in.

I watched PK once or twice in theater.. Don't remember exactly but theaters then used to be houseful for the movie. I don't even know where the empty theater rumours started from. Aamir is not some flakey star, people rush to watch his films in theaters.

I wonot be surprised if Heropanthy Producers doing it and even wonot be surprised if PK PH did that....

They have to show they gained more than their proclaimed budget to declare the movie a hit.

Showing the budget as high is a prestige issue and then trying level best to show off they achieved more then budget to call it a hit is another ahead ache of PR and PH.

Every thing is a show off... KJO and SLB started new ways to declare their movies a hit by selling it for low price to distributors and gaining money from other platforms or dividing the budget and showing gain from OTT rights, digital rights etc... And normalising budget to make a movie hit 😆

Why to increase or lie about budget and then all these tactics to make a movie hit 😆
