KKR problem is not captaincy and performance but management. Match the KKR of GG vs KKR without GG. I don't know if people know but even before GG, KKR was all shambles. There was this fake ipl player blog scandal. They focused more on cheerleaders than cricket. 🤣 Then came GG, He knew what he wanted and demanded it and got trophies for them. When DK was made captain he couldn't even save his captaincy forget the team. Last season by a fluke they somehow reached finals. 😆 and because of that fluke they dropped Gill, someone who they themselves called the next leader. 🤣 What kind of management is this? About RCB Fanbase, RCB had arguably the most committed fanfollowing since its inception in 2008 when Virat Kohli was not the Virat he later went on to become.
RCB will have the same fan base with a star or without it. This despite Virat once saying on record in a post match presentation with Harsha Bhogle "RCB Fans dont trust the team to perform" (paraphrased quotation). This he said when despite of (then) 12 years of winless streak, RCB pulls in crowds, viewership and supporters. Ever wondered why most matches involving RCB is over the weekend?
So, attributing fan base in case of RCB to one individual is an incorrect asaumption.
As for RCB fans mocking other teams, this is news to me because personally have never come across such an occurance.
As for last line, you must be in an alternate universe. Or have no social media presence and been very inactive.
i got mention this to bee before but kkr management is really weird and beyond my understanding 🤪first of all they wanna retain their old players as much as possible, they dont even wanna try new options, and even when they get the old players they still dont wanna give them proper chance. they brought sheldon jackson n rinku singh in previous season years back but never gave them proper chance to be in playing xi but still retained only this season i see these two finally getting chance in playing xi 😆 but reason i have soft corner for kkr firstly cause of srk secondly bengali state n thirdly kkr was the reason why i started watching ipl(well they brought a player from my country so the ppl in my country watched ipl with a lot of attention n craze that year, so i have a lot of memories attached with kkr like watching the kkr matches with them)Originally posted by: BeingBlunt
