And I’m sure there are many rich peoples children who want to have a glamourous Bollywood life, who want to have the perks of being a star, but they don’t because they can’t buy their way into Bollywood. The majority of people yrf has launched are not from rich backgrounds, like anushka, ayushmann, sharavi, yrf is the biggest production company in India, they are making movies with the biggest stars, it makes no sense for them to accept an offer from only ranveers dad to launch his son, like I said if it was that easy then yrf would have launched a lot of other rich kids, why just ranveer?

Why is it not possible that ranveer actually impressed aditya chopra with his acting? He was really good in band bajaa baraat, it’s one of the best debuts. Ranveer said he had to do many rounds of auditions to get the role, he even was part of a theatre group while he was auditing for roles and the videos of the theatre group are on YouTube, if his dad could buy him a movie then why would he do all of those things?

I get that there's a compulsive need to defend SRK for some members here, like they were fighting for their own family members😆, but Daddy getting Zoya to launch Suhana and getting her on the cover of Vogue India with zero achievements or credits to her name is nepotism, plain and simple. It's irrefutable. And it's certainly not applause worthy😆😆

Ayushman proved himself on TV before. Anushka was a model. I dont know who the other person is.

Ranveer Singh was plucked out of nowhere, with no acting credits, no name recognition, no connections.

Again, not every rich kid want to go to Bollywood.

ranveer auditioned for band bajaa baraat, he was part of a theatre group while auditioning for roles, he was noticed by the yrf casting director Shanoo sharma and she saw potential in him and recommended he audition for the film, that’s how it all started

Not every rich kid wants to go to Bollywood but why is ranveer the only rich kid that yrf accepted? Ranveers dad isn’t even one of the richest people in India, Lol come on, I am sure there are so many more rich kids who would do anything to have the debut ranveer had, but ranveer had the talent and that is what got him the role, not money.
