Finished watching the episode. One thing I noticed. Akshara is always sane in Abhimanyu's love but when it comes to Aarohi she loses her sanity. That's the reason she put the accident blame on herself and was even ready to go to jail to protect her sister.
Today also she was absolutely in an over-emotional state of mind because her Aaru couldn't be part of her wedding. Mimi understood her pain, called up Abhimanyu and indirectly asked him to reconsider his decision and allow Aarohi to attend the wedding.
In that over-emotional state Akshara refused to sing for Abhi as she was upset over Aarohi not attending the wedding.
Aarohi's ego is deeply hurt due to Abhimanyu and she decided to take revenge by using her family. She pretended to leave the house and her plan succeeded.
Akshara became hyper as usual and Abhimanyu realized she's entering the self-harm mode again so he had to bow down to her wishes, bring Aarohi back and allowed her to attend the wedding, all for the sake of Akshara. He has realized Aarohi is such a huge weakness of Akshara that she can go to any extent to give herself pain.
Today's episode proved Akshara really needs to visit a psychiatrist. This self-harm mode that she goes into whenever it comes to Aarohi is absolutely dangerous for herself as well as others.
Aarohi has now understood Akshara's self harm mode and Abhimanyu's weakness for Akshara and she'll take full advantage of all these. All she has to do is some weird thing and Akshara will lose her sanity, go into self-harm mode in her guilt and Abhimanyu will have no choice but to give in to Akshara's demands to protect her but she still hasn't realized if her love makes Akshara go insane Abhimanyu's love keeps her sanity. Now it will be a war between Aarohi's insanity and Abhimanyu's sanity. This time Aarohi's plan succeeded but after marriage she may not succeed all the time.

Beautifully put!! 🤗 It really also shows that what Akshu feels towards Aarohi is not love. Love provides stability and peace within the chaos, which is what Abhi gives. On the other hand, Aarohi provides Akshu with nothing but pain, trauma, and guilt. Slowly, Abhi's love is winning over Aarohi's antics, but it's kind of circular, because the more Akshu gets out of her clutches, the more her ego is harmed, and the more she pulls these stunts... because she knows exactly what impact they have on Akshu. And Abhi cannot see Akshu in pain. But, there has also been a lot of progress in Akshu since Abhi came into her life, which is why Aarohi's ego is being bruised in the process. After yesterday, Abhi has realized that forcefully pulling Akshu out of this won't work, so it will now happen naturally. I think that once Abhi stops actively trying is when it will truly happen... which is what we are already seeing. Akshu will do it on her own out of love for Abhi.

Today her behavior was totally unhealthy and abnormal. It's clear she's having some mental issues which need attention otherwise it's going to affect her as well as people around her.

Unfortunate situation is that ITV will never tackle the concept of mental health. I just hope they at least explore her past traumas and what happened in those 3 years she was away from home too, because this girl is so so deeply abused and neglected.
