I had done this in one of the job interviews I gave in the beginning of my career. I was asked to rank each and every candidate on the basis of their verbal interview. I was sitting behind a two way mirror. All of them where interviewing for same position as I was. I have done this.

Nope. They are two individuals with literally no connection to film/telly industry whatsoever. They are outsiders, having worked in few good movies doesn't accord them the insider status. The connections that they make now are fragile to the extent of make-and-break. One flop and they'd be dropped on their face, opposite in treatment to nepo kids.
