It has more to do about the personality and expectations of the person u r with too.

Like Deepika n Katrina r closer to RK's age..also both aren't bubbly or..how to put it..they seemed like mature women even at the age when they were with RK.

Alia is way younger..not that she is immature.. but won't be surprised if RK treats her like a kid and teases her often. That's a different equation.

About stepping on her veil in after wedding video..he did hold her hand right after that n checked. But both were simultaneously smiling n waving to paps. Could see him gathering the veil later. But m pretty sure he doesn't like these extra long ones
