Hey peeps,

Can anyone of you give me the list of kands (or sections/chapters) in The Ramayana? Are there 7 or 8 kands?

In its extant form, Valmiki’s Ramayana is an epic poem of some 50,000 lines.

The Great Epic Ramayana is traditionally divided into seven Kandas(books), which are the following :

• Bala Kanda
• Ayodhya Kanda
• Aranya Kanda
• Kishkindha Kanda
• Sundara Kanda
• Yuddha Kanda
• Uttara Kanda

Each Kanda deals with a particular period of Rama’s life in chronological order.

If you go to earlier episode there was Shashi who said to save his business from losses he had to kill Ram's Father which is VK"s accident through Mahendra Sood.

Is it all for an insurance claim? Then why the land was under kabzaa of Babbars? Why did Nandini stick with Ram all this while?

Ok, think like this. If at all it was for an insurance claim, then Kapoors would have gotten the money; but then Babbars were feeding the goons; so isn't it strange that they neither got the insurance money nor the land?

Maybe the target is Kumar for Insurance claim because he holds a share in the company? VK became just a victim of the conspiracy .. He happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time?

The car was Ram's, was driven by VK

VK knew about the conspiracy, so he took Ram's car so that the villains don't know about it

But villains came to know and got them killed

A question! Will Ram put a lid on the investigation if the suspicion leads to Varun?
