Johnny also has a history for abuse - he dragged the first divorce and he’s dragging this one. The money Amber got from the divorce was donated to charity and JD literally filed suit to determine “if she really did” which guess what she did. He’s just vindictive.

I agree she isn’t a abla nari but my issue with all this is how everyone is protarying JD as a victim, whatever happened did not excuse him to hit her, kick her. Seeing users above saying she deserved it is disgusting.

The point here is, they both have done deplorable things. Comparing that one was worse than the other is of no use. The kind of evidence Depp has presented against Amber is pretty damning as well that she was an abuser too. Why shouldnt this come out in the open when he is being vilified for the same things

I didn’t say it couldn’t come out and if you don’t mind me asking which evidence against Amber is so damaging?

and sadly people here and else where having portarying JD more of a victim that’s what’s upsetting. The charges against him are still valid

Originally, I supported Amber Heard. The case came right at the heels of Me Too. We all know that entertainment industries across the world have allowed abusive men to roam free. It felt like Amber was just speaking up.

Now, I feel that it was a toxic marriage where both people did shitty and abusive things to each other. Based on the evidence so far, I don't think it proves Johnny Depp innocent of abuse. But it proves that Amber too was abusive in her own way but placed all the blame on him alone.

Yes, Amber was emotionally abusive and frequently berated Johnny Depp. Yes, she frequently slapped him and threw things at him. But Johnny Depp retaliated against the abuse in kind. There is evidence that substance abuse clouded his judgment and made him act in unsavory ways.

At this point, anyone taking a side is biased in my opinion. This is a clear case of a toxic marriage where both sides are at fault.

Both are to be blamed imo. But the question is who started it first?

From what I know so far, I honestly feel like neither party is really an out and out victim or out and out abuser here.

Seems like a typical case of two troubled and toxic people coming together to create one weird mutually abusive mess of a relationship.

And at this point, to me they just look like a rich, beautiful looking version of those lower class alcoholic/drug addicted couples who go on shows like Jeremy Kyle (those in the U.K. will know what I'm talking about lol)😆.

I Googled those texts and I'm stunned... no normal person makes such "jokes" about their partner...

If he hated the woman enough to say such things about her at that point itself, why didn't he just leave her? She was a much smaller star, plus they weren't even married yet then (so no room for fears of her taking huge amounts in alimony, etc.)...

And apparently Amber was also convicted of abusing a previous partner before too ...

The more I hear about this, the more sure I am that they are both just highly f*cked up, destructive individuals, plain and simple.
