Abt ak- she had just been in an accident plus crazy sister out of her senses plus head injury. I don’t blame her for getting confused about what to do in such a situation. This was followed by Manjari missing drama, so ak never had a second thought to connecting both accidents. My problem is why the makers showed the location of abhi’s bike to ak? Was that necessary? This gives opportunities to people (not me) to blame ak for not connecting the dots.

Abt ar: I will extend her the same courtesy. She was in an accident plus not in her senses plus she didn’t see anyone hit. So she could not think clearly. But this is where she is at fault 👇

1) ODing

2) Driving under influence

3) stopping ak from checking accident site

4) getting rid of evidence (wiping blood and stranding the car in hopes it would be stolen)

5) preventing ak from talking about their accident

for arohi, I agree with ur point but I still believe that she from start knew they had hit something but she was reluctant to check bt still I cam give her benefit kf doubt her but of course other than tgat that what she did was pure criminal imo and deserved punishment

Because ak is clearly not the girl who doesn’t have regard for her relations or who would leave an injured on roadside (as Manjari pointed out while talking to abhi). If we see again, Ak was shown to have guilt when she found out (arohi slapping episode) and in the way she scolded arohi. She said, “chii arohi. How can you talk about someone’s mom passing away so lightly. We both know what it is to loose a mother. I am ashamed of you and ashamed of myself for being a part of this accident.” So it’s not like she was not guilty. We all forgot about her dialogues then because we were all so happy celebrating the slap. 😆 But I agreee when u say there should have been a scene of her apologizing or trying to apologize to Manjari. I blame makers for this inconsistency, not ak.

Slap = one BIG leap forward

Not showing guilt= 2 small steps back (it’s directors fault- should have asked pranali to look at Manjari with sad apologetic eyes even if there was no dialogues. Pranali would have nailed it)

Taking the blame= I don’t blame ak. That’s just who she is. She would have taken blame for any other goenka, and here we are talking about aru. She is programmed by sirat to protect ar. And it’s going to take a lot of love and lectures from abhi to change that and reprogram her. Like how in yesterday’s episode, when ak was overwhelmed thinking oh my sister loves me so much when ar saved her, abhi was quick to point out that she deserves it since she in one in a million kind of sister to ar and what ar has done is nothing as compared to what she has done for ar over the years. slowly, ak will learn self love from abhi and start to value herself. That’s when she will stop sacrificing herself for others.

So final result: one big leap forward and 2 steps back. My verdict- Ak is still progressing in the right direction with baby steps 😊

Agreed. I still think Akshara is moving forward but it seems many don't see it that way hence the step back calculations to be more negative for those who don't agree with us.

Also there are people who have very low tolerance for this stuff like my friend who is like not sure who she can root for on this show anymore. Right now she sees the two main leads as dumb. She hates Arohi with a passion. She is only here to see the side people now: Manajri and Harshvardhan backstory, Kairav love story only cause she likes Mayank, Parth and Shefali, and Vansh and Reem.

Abhi is going to allow her to come since he heard how distraught she was on the phone 🤔 I guess another set up of Abhi eventually allowing Arohi to come with them and if she creates another khaand at the wedding Akshara can blast her with full force. Because Abhi has now been nothing be accommodating.
