This was all I needed to know. And I hope she has a crucial role too. I don't want to see her talent go to waste.

Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Animal also stars Tripti Dimri and Anil Kapoor. The project was announced in January 2021 and earlier starred Parineeti Chopra. The actress backed out weeks before the project went on floors and Rashmika Mandanna stepped in to replace her.

This looks promising tbh...

Ranbir and Rashmika are both good actors and Tripti is simply brilliant, plus Sandeep Reddy is a good director.

Just hope he hasn't written the story this time, and if he has it isn't fake-deep and illogical like Kabir Singh 😆.

For me it's the cast plus Sandeep's direction style. I also found Kabir Singh's story shit (even discounting all the misogyny it's pretty childish/senseless imo) but Sandeep does know how to present the content in the best way, even if the content itself is bad lol.
