I think near death experiences and hospital visits have been and will continue to be vital but only to make Aryan and Imlie aware of each other's importance in the other's life. Someone's jealousy might be what will trigger a confession though. Look at what we almost got during the dinner date and that was over a suspicion of ooo ooo with some imaginary 500 girls. Imagine then if a real love rival, (and not BD the cartoon) made an appearance. We might get a jealousy induced confession in the form of an outburst.

I don't want to think bcoz there are so many NDE and will have some more of them n these 2 will be boss employee ....

I wish a separation before confession though not lengthy one but not 15 min one too...
