Is Chiru acc the favourite child?

I'm having doubts. If Chiru was Saroj's favourite child, how did she miss his feelings for Sayuri or neglect his unhappiness/discomfort with the marriage proposals?

Saroj is much more attuned to Kanha's feelings. In today's episode, she was the only one who could tell something's off with Kanha, just by observing him. She grew concerned seeing his movements. Nakuul and Chiru didn't notice at all, though they love Kanha the most. Kanha's girlfriend noticed when he was stress eating, and Sayuri only noticed because of their conversation.

Moreover, he's the only one Saroj lets into her comfort zone. Kanha knows how to handle her and they have an understanding that's unlike the other siblings.
