Honestly, I don't think they will make him go to that extent but I still would say it probably will be Angad who will abort her baby, I am not an expert but having a miscarriage due to fire (and she was also saved before anything extreme could happen) is like a bit stretch. So, they can actually take this route and give a flashback and all that he asked doctor to abort the baby too as he didn't want Fateh's memories left with her.

Actually it is quite possible I am not sure but in initial weeks it is very easy to get miscarriage( I just read on Reddit somewhere)
