Ram in his normal state never mentions about his pain (even to his close friends) because it would mean acknowledging the fact that his family keeps hurting him. Remember Bri during initial episodes says that they keep hurting him and he endures it silently as feels they have done a huge favor by calling him family.

Yes, Ram and Priya have had intimate moments but this is not about Priya being uncomfortable with his touch (in some scenes it is..... but that is a different discussion). It is more about giving him space as she knows how sensitive this word is for Ram and at this point he doesn't want to express this openly. The other reason for Ram not wanting to talk about it is that he doesn't want anybody feeling sorry for him, especially his Wife.

Priya didn't want to initiate a conversation or even a touch which would open up his hidden wounds, that Ram himself is trying to hide.

So she acted as though nothing happened and uses diversionary tactic to help him get through it. She subtly conveys that she knows he is hurt but she won't discuss it until he himself wants to open up because she knows the pain runs very deep.

So she has taken an approach (which suits our Priya) that would ensure that Rams self respect is not hurt and at the same time the root cause of his pain is eliminated.

With regards to her Hot Cold Hot Cold, guys this is Priya we are talking about.....It's not in her nature to openly acknowledge her feelings especially romantic feelings. Sometimes with great effort she musters up courage to say it (staying in hotel for another night) sometimes she tries but is unable to. Also the other night when they kissed and got a little intimate it happened in the flow....Ram had indirectly proposed...stood up for her against his family....the emotions were running high. It was her heart and hormones talking.

But our Priya has always been an over thinker, whenever her Brain is in control she is unable to be romantic and intimate. This is a little new to her she is trying to find her comfort zone which sometimes takes a while.

Also, every person is different.. every couple is different....there is no logic in a relationship.

I have been married for 7 years and even now there are times when I feel like sharing everything with my hubby and times when I like to be left alone. No logic! I am a mystery even to myself. 😳

I would suggest not to judge their actions....rather enjoy the vagarities of human behaviour and enjoy the ride. Trust me it feels great! But hey as I said every person is different. This is just my view point in life. Doesn't mean everyone should share it. Cheers!

After going through so many torturous episodes and having had my own share of huge disappointments and let downs I think I have finally reached the stage when I am really enjoying their ride !!

Mujhe meri hi nazar na lag jayee.. Ye show har episode me alag rang dikhata hai 😂 ( I am happy with the show after so long. Thu thu thu )

that is the point! Sautela isn’t registered for her….MM is well, heck… we all call her Meera maa… we all forgot that she is just mom to priya and siblings and Ram… and while commenting too… we take her for granted …

while, for Nandini, it is Nandu…or whatever the character suits at that point… and while commenting, we take her with a pinch of mystery and caution…

That's a clue ... Ram will not be the Sautela .. it will be Nandini, Shivi and Shubhu because everything belongs to Ram and his mom and not them ... Wait and Watch ... Again Beta movie theory

In fact, I more often than not do what Priya does.

See, I have sister who lives in a different city. So whenever we talk on phone and she's feeling low (or having a very bad day and is on the verge of breaking down), I always redirect the conversation to lighter matters, gossip about things etc

And when her voice stops trembling, then I slowly start addressing the topic. She's less vulnerable then, so more receptive and less likely to cry (I hope 😅)

Anyway, that's what Priya did last night. She redirected the conversation but in a way that made him happy (he loves shopping and even more so when it's for his family) and they were in-sync enough to recognize each other's non-verbal assurance and acceptance.

It was still a very difficult watch. But NM was splendid in that scene!

Dear, I have been thinking for a long time that in fact Ram should feel like a master, because everything really belongs to him (his own family). And perhaps Nandini knows, which is why her manipulative mind has built the relationship in such a way that Ram feels almost at mercy that they allow him to live in this family.

Summarizing what I had written earlier

The land belongs to Ram's mom and VK got it after her death ...

Nandini honeytrapped VK. She should be ally of Kumar or Sahil earlier

Krish should be related to Ram's mom (Lord Krishna is Kunti's nephew)
VK could be alive and he has sent Krish

See it from the perspective of the movie Beta. Hence Nandini is exactly doing what Aruna Irani's character did with Anil Kapoor's character in Beta

Yesterday was Ram's day and NM was fab, I literally projected on him yesterday , jabki you know Priya is the love of my life ..

I do this with mom!!

There would be days, when I would want to lie on her lap or make her hands run through my hair , but days when if she approaches me I would stop her , like DON'T TOUCH ME, coz I know if she does , I can't handle it..

And days when I would want to hide my tears not want to talk about anything, but still hold her like how Ram held Pri , and still not want her to love me or pamper me !!

The struggle of wanting to be touched and still not wanting it !!

And she would just get that !! It's even more difficult for the opposite party I think..
