Clearly british wins. I had seen british dramas always have a more depth script whereas US dramas loses in two seasons.

Western dramas ko drop karne ka ek aur reason tha mera ki unn shows me aisa lagta hai ki characters and sabkuch bahut casually lete hai sabkuch , phir love relation ho, thriller me murder angle ho ya kuch bhi

Usme depth nhi dikhti, emotionally connect karne me thoda difficult hota hai mere liye

Maybe unke yaha aisa hi culture hoga but mere liye yeh cultural shock jesa hai

Whereas kdramas me if u see sabkuch bahut seriously hota hai nd aise lagta hai script me bahut depth hai

Kdramas jada familiar lagte hai bcz unka react karne ka tareeka kaafi hadh tak hamare jaisa hai

Unke yaha ke social norms, traditions, rules etc sabkuch bahut similar hai indians se woh ek familiarity ki feeling aati hai

KThrillers me agr story thodi bogus ya predictable hogi toh bhi characters ka approach, emotional breakdown nd all yeh sab chize end tak hook karti hai mujhe otherwise western dramas me log hardly emotion dikhate hai aisa lagta hai

Dont knw abt others but yeh mera personal opinion hai abt western shows

Honestly Raj i am telling you if you watch BLL you will totally feel like watching a kdrama. Its exactly the parent children thriller you love and here the way american parents has been presented has been so much like Skycastle. Issliye maine bola thaa Sky castle se mujhw hollywood series ki vibes milti hai. Tum BLL ka first season dekho you will seriously go on bragging it i guarantee.

Can't say bout k dramas as I've not started watching to compare but western shows m all this is a bit too much

Everything is so casual nd cool

I'm just centering myself to coming of age media rn nd with shows like euphoria, i think portrays stuff like drug addiction, mental illness, toxic relations in a very realistic light at the same time all the school going kids are full on crazy going to clubs nd drinking like, have all the money to do so like isn't that shit illegal??
