Bollywood needs great directors and writers while it needs to shoo away all its politics, nepotism, favoritism and work with real talents.

To work with real talents, they need to have people with vision and love for cinema.

Almost all the successful directors in Bollywood make the same kind of movie and keep recycling them all the time.
