The story of the series is based on a true event and revolves around an incompetent cook Swathi Shetty (Konkona Sen Sharma), who wants to open her own restaurant and her suspicious husband Prabhakar (Manoj Bajpayee).
Prabhakar, instead of helping her on achieving her dream of opening a restaurant, doesn’t help her and doubts her. However, fate gives her a chance to make her dream come true but the things don’t go as per planning and are ruined by some whimsical characters and amateur villains.
