Krish's age has been another confusing thing and has been discussed in the episode Raavi went to his college lol. In Maharashtra 11-12th is Junior college. We've all been very confused as to what and how old is he? 😆

This isn't a Partnership. I said it yesterday too, PS is actually a HUF (Hindu Undivided Family Business). There is no formation or official document needed contrary to other forms of business here because the admission and removal of people is by birth / death. In HUF, ALL the control of decision making resides with Karta aka the head of the family, he might listen to all but final word will always be his. In the case of Pandyas Karta could only be Suman or if they bring in the male-aspect Gaumbi (but we all know its Bhabhi in reality lol) and then would be taken up by next successor / eldest member of the family.

Also since Dhara said today 'Krish tho bacha hai main samhaal lungi...' I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say he's a minor (I'm guessing he's 17 or 18) and minor members do not have a say they are basically co-parceners and just enjoy the benefits. Which we see he is following very religiously LMAO.

IF and that's a big if, someone can make a decision about the Batwaara, it could only be Suman at the end because logically she's the eldest of the family. You know even if we consider the fact that neither do they have this much brain nor do they do any kind of research, it's a very simple thing that if you are doing a batwara of anything, then you need the signatures of the person on whose name the property is registered (most probably it's Suman because when she went mortgage the house, it was in her name so store as well)

(not confirmed) but you might need the signatures of the other members who are not minor and have a share in the property as well.

There's no way batwara happening without Suman's sign, the only possible way is Dhara fooling her to take sign

Again they messed that up...For it to be a partnership Darshan had to be in business with at least one more outsider. Someone who wasn't his blood family (for example if he even had Maama in the business). But then the business is actually passed on to Gautam after his father's death making it a HUF according to me. Creativity...ki samajh unki hai but in real bool-wise this is the case. lol 😆😆

Or they could have made Bhabhi go above and beyond and made her register the business under Indian Partnership Act 1932 because that's expansion according to her 🤣🤣🤣

Yes in Maharashtra they still take school till 10th and 11th 12th as Junior College.

But Pan India it is 12th tak school with few exceptions.
