Rimple and Harpreet are my personal favs! They design things for Sanjay Leela Bhansali films. Their stuff is great quality. Only thing is you don’t want to go for their outfits if you are going for a simple yet elegant wedding attire. That is Sabyasachi’s forte !

I think this wedding was planned in a rush. They came up with the plan to get married last minute to promote the film Brahamastra. A lot of things felt rushed and didn't feel as if it was a grand celebrity-style wedding.

I think they do have money issue. Neetu suddenly starting to work from movies to reality shows.

Them having a basic ass wedding in their apartment.

I think the house they are building has costed them a lot. I don't think they can afford extravagant wedding ceremonies right now.

They could've waited a few years but as you said they must've done it for Bramastra. Too much is riding on that movie.

Ok but this simple of a wedding? Even if they are having money issues at the moment. There is a such thing as taking out loans. To save face. I hate to point fingers. It is really mean if it was actually the issue. I thought no way could the Kapoor khandan have money issues. It is funny if it sounds delusional. It is mean if it is true. Someone also told me financial issues have been in the news since the RK studio was sold. I feel terrible for what I said now!

I honestly think Neetu is working because she has the freedom to work now. Even if they do have money issues, and that’s a big IF, Alia alone has enough money where she could have had the massive big fat Indian wedding everyone was expecting them to have.
