Do you think writers have the ability to go ahead with any random plot they write (good or bad)?

It's the authorities above them who decides what's going on screen! And it reflects the apaar prem for laadla friend!

At max, writers can give them multiple plot alternatives, the final one is locked by the creative team and producer (If I'm not wrong)

Okay good point. Lets call it makers then. Whoever is making these decisions needs to take a hard look in the mirror.

Hopefully at least the falling TRP makes them realise that the public won’t accept nonsense. The MaAn scene lollipops are not working anymore.

Dunno about Baapu Ji as I don't watch it anymore but from what I've read sounds like the entire writing /creative team are smoking some damn cheap weed...the kind you'd get at the clearance section of a dollarstore...if there was such a thing
