Well actually....

we can see here how girls and boys are differentiated when it comes to marriage.

Meetwa had the privilege to say no to 40+ girls and wait until he found Manushi. Even after Manushi ran away from the wedding and he was forced to marry Meety, he was still given a choice albeit putting family prestige at stake.

Tej had the privilege to marry the girl he loved even against Guruji's words.

Masoom is married to Hoshiyar who does nothing and has no standing of his own. I wonder if Masoom had a say in her wedding. Not supporting Masoom's wrongdoings but it was unfair I think to her too. Maybe if she was married to someone like Shanty ( not referring to his character but his status ), she would have been more satisfied and not doing all this nautanki in her mayka.

And now Isha was being forced to marry the first person they have decided for her. She has no choice to say No.

Meety said na that she would stop the engagement. Of course we will never know how she planned it but the most logical way would have been to ask for time and talk to the boy and Mamaji directly assuming they were good people and would understand. Just like how it happened in Manushi's case.

Yes agree... I think even if Meety is not able to prove anything or gets accused herself, the brothers may not let the engagement happen until its all crystal clear. Shanty may not go to jail yet.

I think meety will put forward this once she finishes the shanty's chapter.. she might mention it to them.. Not agreeing deep is fine..but you should consider her opinion and should give her enough time to at least move on from prev relationship ..And it should be purely her decision to select the partner..

I hope ..director saab will include this in the coming gyaan parayan of meety..😛

Haan Meety ka sunna padega... wahi problem hai.... Why couldnt it be Meetwa after finding out that Isha loved Deep 🤔 Like at least give more time to the girl. If Meety had talked to Meetwa about the suicide attempt they could have gone this way.

But then drama kaise hoga and drama is necessary.
