Rupi needed blood tejo has the same group but they said subah se kuch khaya nahi and she was dizzy so can't give blood. Fateh heard this so later might realize she may be pregnant. Also he gave blood without telling anyone

Leave aside Fateh and everything else, I think Tejo should have given some time to herself before saying YES. I understand she is under extreme emotional distress due to sudden and rapid mishaps in her life off late but getting carried away in your emotions once is forgiven but when you repeat the same it is your foolishness. My dad say to me, when you are in conundrum, give yourself time and space before making any decision. You will always end up regretting, when you make decisions under emotional stress or anger. Fateh looks like a fool now cause he allowed his anger to overpower his senses and Tejo will look the same when the whole truth will be revealed. I rest my case.

She said it out of anger, all the hurtful flashbacks came to her, him walking away from rokka, his saying we will win smartly and she said if that’s what you want I will marry him. She’s doing it for Rupi but also out of anger. Because the look she gives Fateh is saying I’m gonna hurt you, you son of a gun. It was a hurtful but cold look
