So planned the accident just to terrorize him but he ended up dying. Ram, Shashi and Vedika are supposed to be college mates. The death of VK could be the reason why Vedika was married to Shashi.

I think Ram was disturbed by Krish's comments, so he was not paying attention to his wife. So Krish is introduced to make sure that Ram doesn't forget to romance his wife when he starts investigating his dad's death. If he sees his wifey spending more time with her collegemate, Ram will make sure she pays for it by reminding her of her patni dharam. Remember, Ram had got upset with Priya earlier when his dad was discussed during some conversation.

No, Ram said his dad works for (not with) Mr.Kumar and now he too undergoing training under Mr, Kumar.

He wanted to establish himself before taking V’s dad about their love,

I think one of the earlier episodes, it was said that V’s dad made her marry Shashi, so your theory about them being partners makes sense,
