Shraddha’s real debut was with YRF. And if we chose to ignore those and count A2 as her debut then Vishesh films isn’t too bad either. It very was a much bigger film than Alia’s debut 😆. Besides, she’s Shakti Kapoor’s daughter, Padmini Kolhaoure’s niece, and the Mangeshkar’s grandniece. If nepotism didn’t benefit her it’s because of her dad’s scandals.

All of that being said, I don’t think her intent was to be snarky towards Sonakshi and Alia. If I remember correctly Sonakshi also answered along the same lines when asked something similar. If anything it was probably Kjo’s attempt at assigning each one of them to a production house 😆

Oh. I had never even heard of that film. Did she end up doing anything with YRF? Because she was definitely signed by them, and left them entirely by choice.

I think her contract was with the “youth” yrf studios: Y studios I think it was called. She had the typically 3 film contract lol
