When Raavi went to the store, it was full open, but no one was there was on the store, when Shiva must have gone to the store it was most probably open because he wasn't carrying any key soo who was managing the store when Gautam and Shiva were in home, Dev to we know and Kaka was no where to be seen when Raavi came??
